Shipping Policy

Turnaround


All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Eastern Time. Saturday delivery is not available. Next-day air orders shipped on Fridays will arrive the following Monday.

Carriers


We use the following carriers to deliver the majority of our orders:
  • USPS - we do not ship to PO Boxes
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Order Tracking


    If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an invoice at the email provided during checkout. Your tracking number will be provided on that invoice and in the “My Account” section of the website (as soon as it is processed by the shipping carrier) for registered customers.

    Shipping Rates


    The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

    Transportation Risks


    Carriers do their best to be careful but things can happen after your order leaves one of our facilities. Problems can’t be addressed, if we don’t know. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order’s delivery. If we don’t hear from you within 30-days of non-delivery, loss, or damage in transit, the necessary claims against the carrier cannot be made.

    Back Orders


    If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
